Payment: Bead Austin accepts Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We authorize and process credit cards on a secure server. We use authorize.net as our payment gateway. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Return Policy: If you are unhappy with an item, you may return it for a refund minus a ten percent restocking fee. Returns must be within 14 days of the date you received it. Items must be in the same condition you received it in. If you are returning an item, please make sure to include the invoice number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return. We do not refund shipping.

Shipping: Bead Austin provides free priority shipping for purchases over $50.00. WE use USPS exclusively.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy. None of the information obtained by Bead Austin will be sold, shared, traded, or even mentioned to anybody.
